Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when required.
Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and special offerings.
Set up dining areas before service (table setup, polishing cutlery, laying covers).
Ensure tables are clean, well-arranged, and properly reset after each use.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of service areas, side stations, and equipment.
Upsell food & beverage items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, informing supervisors when needed.
Serve food according to hotel standards (sequence of service, portioning, etiquette).
Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
Process bills accurately and assist with clearing tables.
Support team members during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
0-2 years of F&B service experience (freshers can apply for steward/trainee).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
