Set up and maintain service stations, wine service equipment, and glassware.
Open, pour, and serve wine and beer according to service standards.
Monitor table settings and replenish drinks as needed.
Ensure correct storage, temperature, and handling of wines and beers.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Sales & Promotion
Promote and upsell premium wines, beers, and special promotions.
Suggest food and drink pairings to increase guest satisfaction and sales.
Support achievement of beverage revenue targets.
Compliance & Standards
Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Ensure responsible alcohol service practices are followed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new wines, beers, and beverage trends.
