Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Follow the restaurant's sequence of service standards.
Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and pantry staff for timely service.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Support team members during busy shifts or events.
Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
