LOCATION: NEWTOWN, KOLKATA

Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils.
Greet all guests and warmly with an appropriate greeting.
Serve food items to the guests properly.
Oversea the dining area, supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.
Have a good understanding and able to communicateproducts and service related query to guests when asked.
Good knowledge of the rules of Banquet Beverage Control and service.
Prepare action stations, buffets, service carts, desserttable/carts and cordial carts.
Replenish buffet items to ensure consistencyand freshness in presentation.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organisation of assigned station and service areas.
Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, foldingsilverware, etc.
Should be polite and presentable.
