Key responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet guests, present menus, and be attentive to their needs throughout their dining experience.

Order management:

Take accurate food and drink orders, answer questions about menu items, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.

Service:

Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure the order is correct.

Satisfaction and problem-solving:

Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and professionally handle any complaints or concerns.

Payment processing:

Prepare and present bills and accurately process payments, including cash and credit cards.

Table and dining area maintenance:

Set and reset tables, clear dirty dishes, and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining area.
Essential skills and qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff. Attention to detail for order accuracy and payment processing. Basic math skills for handling payments. Physical endurance for long hours of standing and walking. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
