Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain dishes, and assist guests with menu selections, including food & wine pairing.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Maintain fine dining service standards, including table setting, sequence of service, and etiquette.
Menu & Product Knowledge:
Possess strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking styles, and regional specialties.
Be able to recommend dishes, explain spice levels, and accommodate dietary restrictions.
Stay updated on daily specials and chef's recommendations.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure tables are set up and maintained according to fine dining standards.
Serve food and beverages gracefully and professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Teamwork & Standards:
Support colleagues and maintain smooth communication with team and management.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
Assist in restaurant closing/opening duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
