Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner. Present menus, take food & beverage orders accurately, and serve promptly. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth and timely service. Assist in buffet setups, banquets, and special events. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas. Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently. Process billing and collect payments as required. Follow grooming, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in F&B service is an advantage (freshers may also apply). Good communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,932.99 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
