This is an exciting client facing opportunity for someone with a strong expertise in Investor Relations &
Fund Raise to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, maintaining
relationships with current investors, identifying and securing new investors, and managing
communications with stakeholders.
The role requires the candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In brief,
the role requires to:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth plans
and objectives
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
\xef\x82\xb7 Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, providing
regular updates on the fund\xe2\x80\x99s performance and growth prospects
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and manage fundraising activities, including preparing materials for
investor meetings, managing due diligence processes, and negotiating deal terms
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with other departments, including finance and legal, to ensure compliance
with regulatory requirements and internal policies
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage investor communications, including quarterly updates, annual
reports, and investor presentations
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and organize investor events, such as annual meetings and investor conferences

Job Requirements

\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 10-15+ years of investor relations / fund raising or wealth management
experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess strong analytical skills with proven success in a role that provides research and
interpretation of the market environment, opportunities and investment strategies with
respect to primary investments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of financial markets and investment trends, as well as the ability
to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to investors
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a
diverse range of stakeholders, including investors, executives, and industry experts
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
simultaneously
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative
and results-driven approach
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address
issues proactively
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
ideas clearly and concisely
\xef\x82\xb7 MBA from a tier 1/tier 2 college
