Senior Associate - Capital & Fund Management - Real Estate MNC
- Establish and nurture ties with global and local institutions, investment banks, private banks, wealth management firms, family offices, and UHNIs to secure capital for Indian ventures, encompassing both development and core investments.
- Proficient in crafting robust financial cash flow models and high-quality sell-side pitch decks. Play a key role in fund-raising strategy formulation and fee negotiations.
- Manage investor relations, oversee fund structuring, and handle documentation processes with precision.
