The VP/SVP - Head Diversity and Inclusion will lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in implementing inclusive policies and driving cultural transformation.
Develop and lead the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Ensure DEI principles are embedded across talent acquisition, development, performance, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on DEI matters and cultural transformation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive practices.
Establish metrics and dashboards to measure progress on diversity goals.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and board-level committees.
Lead organization-wide DEI training, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Promote inclusive leadership and unconscious bias mitigation across all levels.
Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships focused on DEI.
Benchmark best practices and bring innovation into the organization's DEI approach.

Master's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in HR, DEI, or related leadership roles.
