Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP - Sales & Diagnostics to lead our sales and business development function. This role is perfect for someone with proven leadership in healthcare sales, strong networking skills with doctors & diagnostic centers, and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business partnerships with labs, doctors, and healthcare centers.
Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
Conduct regular meetings with healthcare professionals and diagnostic partners.
Manage contracts, negotiations, and long-term business relationships.
Monitor sales performance, create reports, and share insights with leadership.
Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 5-10 years in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Healthcare/Diagnostics).
Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, business development, and negotiation.
Languages: Proficiency in English (written & verbal).
Willingness to travel as needed.
