As our End to End Solution Architecture Leader, your mission is to work across Digital Technology, STEP (product teams), business leaders and more to design overall solution and technical architecture for a single pane of glass while leading innovation on Gen AI capabilities, microservices, and engineering - all to enable the best connected experience in service of our employee personas. Qualifications Success Profile of our End to End Solutions Architecture Engineering Leader : 15+ years\' of experience in a global leadership role driving sophisticated, enterprise solution architecture and/or application product engineering with a focus on designing and driving innovation and improvements to GTM and Employee Experience digital experiences. 15+ years\' of experience driving technical design strategy, design roadmaps, and digital design transformation and products. ...Experience in designing, developing and shipping commercial and enterprise applications ...Experience working cross functionally in a large scale environment ($10B+ Rev.) Experience with ServiceNow products. Experience with advanced AI technologies. Experience in designing for Platform products (SaaS, PaaS, Cloud). Experience working with Agile teams in a high-growth environment. Extensive experience in organization vision development, driving organization shift. Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and issues to leadership teams in a highly compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner.
