As Digital Technology Applications Engineering Leader, your mission is: Design and deliver innovative, customer driven GTM and Digital Employee Experience applications across the NOW platform. Be a dynamic thought leader globally leading out and pushing the Digital Technology organization on GenAI and other amazing, innovative technologies with a product mindset with the desired outcome of a the delivery of world-class digital experience products. Lead, coach, empower and grow a high performing global development teams. Partner with Product and Business owners to objectively evaluate complex risks/issues to influence product roadmaps and product strategy. Qualifications Success Profile of our Applications Engineering Leader : 15+ years\' of experience in a global leadership role driving sophisticated, enterprise software development with a focus on designing and driving innovation and improvements to GTM and Employee Experience digital experiences. 15+ years\' of experience driving design strategy, design roadmaps, and digital design transformation and products. ...Experience in designing, developing and shipping commercial and enterprise applications ...Experience working cross functionally in a large scale environment ($10B+ Rev.) Experience with ServiceNow products. Experience with advanced AI technologies. Experience in designing for Platform products (SaaS, PaaS, Cloud). Experience working with Agile teams in a high-growth environment. Extensive experience in organization vision development, driving organization shift.Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively to communicate complex concepts and issues to leadership teams in a highly compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner. Highly skilled at working cross functionally with technology, engineering, marketing, and product teams to create, implement and evolve digital solutions.
