 - Shifts: Depends on the process (the US, UK, Night Shifts)
- Salary starts from 20 k to 40 k + incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and customers' concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for the end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Location: Surat
Experience: - 1 Year to 3 Years
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
