Job description Role & responsibilities A professional approach in answering calls, emails and provides information about products and services, taking inputs of issues and their redressal handling customer inquiries and resolving their concerns Responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions Play a crucial role in addressing complaints Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal Hiring for Customer Support(Voice and Chat Process)

  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Should know English, Hindi .
  • Should have experience in Chat or Voice process( Any Domain)
