Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience Adhere to company policies and quality standards Work flexible shifts including rotational schedules as per business requirements

Required Qualifications



Education:



A Graduate degree preferred; a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required (freshers may also apply)

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally Basic computer literacy and typing skills Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes

Experience:



Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Previous experience in voice process preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
