Required Qualifications
Education:
A Graduate degree preferred; a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required (freshers may also apply)
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally
Basic computer literacy and typing skills
Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in voice process preferred
