Experience Required :
8-10 yrs
:
1) Manage ESXi clusters with HA V-Centre.
2) Update the patches of VMware components.
3) Check the VMware log insight to troubleshoot the issue or changes.
4) Check the VMware life cycle manager to get detail update regarding environment update.
5) Coordination between the teams to close the point within SLA.
6) Guide/KT to L1 and L2 team members
7) Prepare SOPs for reoccurring issue and provide KT to L1 & L2 team.
8) Provide extended support in case of any issue and planned activity.
9) Implementation of OEM recommendations and assessments related to Virtualization and OS environment for achieving solutions related to manage services instances.
