Key Responsibilities

:

Operate and set up VMC machines as per job specifications and production plans. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Ensure proper tool selection, workpiece positioning, and machining parameters. Monitor operations and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges). Maintain machine logs, quality records, and follow prescribed safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with production and quality teams for workflow and quality checks.
