The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital platforms, with a focus on video editing and creating impactful content for social media posts, reels, and ads. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all visual elements align with the brand\'s identity and effectively communicate the desired message. Roles & Responsibilities -- Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animated graphics, and video content. Conceptualize and execute compelling designs for social media posts, reels, and ads, ensuring they align with brand guidelines. Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content for various purposes, including social media campaigns, promotional materials, and advertisements. Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and transitions to create engaging and shareable video content. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for visual content. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements and brand messaging across all digital platforms. Uphold and maintain brand guidelines in all design deliverables. Social Media Optimization: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media design and video content to enhance the brand\'s online presence. Optimize designs for various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Effectively communicate project progress and collaborate with team members to address feedback. Qualifications-- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in video editing and social media design. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
