Job Description

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to shape and own the user interface design of our products. For this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our branding is consistent and appealing. If you have the ability to convey messages and information through illustrations, graphics, and patterns, wed like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will design aesthetically-pleasing products that capture our brand and engage our audiences.
Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Combine various colors, shapes, and typography fonts to improve user experience
• Creating a visualization of screens within a prototype framework.
• Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics
• Use visual design software to refine illustrations
• Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency
• Design logos, icons, and infographics
• Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images
• Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

• Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
