Job Description

Responsibilities: Creative execution of marketing communication (POSM, print collateral, retail and event branding, social media and other digital creatives, emailers), branding and identity design, product packaging design, brand assets and properties and internal company documents. Autonomously carry out the design process, from brief to deliverable. Stringently uphold the creative brand standards of Fratelli. Work closely with the marketing team to enforce the brand standards, tonality and visual language of the brand. Organise and assist on lifestyle shoots (still/video). Craft elegant storytelling for one of India\'s foremost Wine brands. Take ownership of QC for all deliverables. Skills & Requirements: 3+ years experience of working full-time as a graphic/creative/visual designer at an advertising/creative agency or an in-house team. A Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic/Visual Communication Design or a related field. Knowledge of Adobe softwares- Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom- is a requisite. Knowledge of photo/videography, video editing and animation/motion graphics is a plus (Premiere Pro + After Effects, or other preferred animation software). Demonstrated experience in UI design and Copywriting will give you an edge. Sharp understanding of Graphic Design theory, foundational principles and applications - layout, composition, typography, colour theory, image treatment. Proficient understanding of design process and workflow, from conceptualisation to delivery. Ability to develop and apply brand visual language/identity and design systems. Ability to understand and interpret briefs from the marketing and sales teams and translate them into deliverables. Ability to read, understand and work within the set brand guidelines Articulate communication and writing skills. A strong grasp on the tonality of Lifestyle brands and how it can be applied to affluent Indian audiences. A deadline-friendly approach to working.
