We Urgently Looking For A 1-2 Years Experienced Visa Counsellor Female For Our Company. Preference - Candidate having knowledge of Australia ,UK, CANADA. USA, NEWZEALAND student visa . We are looking for Female Candidates. We Are Looking For Smart And Energetic Candidates Who Has A Knowledge Of UK, Australia, USA and Canada Study Visa. Responsibilities and Duties Visa Counsellor

• To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like UK & Australia.
• To explain about colleges and different courses.
• To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
• To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
• To provide the career counselling to the students in different fields.
• To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
• To follow up the clients for enrollments.
• Handle Customer\'s Inbound And Outbound Calls.
• Answering Phones And Explaining The Product And Services Offered By The Company.
• Fix Appointments For Counselors And Generate Walk-In.
• Counselling All Student Walk In\xe2\x80\x99s For Available Study Options As Per Their Respective Profiles
• The Visa And Immigration Counsellor Must Interview All Clients And Deal With All Applications Face To Face And By Post To Ensure That The Client Is Suitable.
• To Provide Professional And High-Quality Counselling Services To Students Who Want To Study Abroad By Informing Them About Available Courses And Career Opportunities.
• Handle The Admission Applications And Filing Process For The Study Visa.
• To Deliver Pipeline Leads And Conversion Targets By Intake, Assist With The Execution Of Destination-Specific Activity Calendars.
• The Visa And Immigration Counselor Must Ensure That All Of The Information Provided By The Client Is Accurate And Correct, Preparing And Checking All Legal Documents.
• Assisting Students From Start To End Of The Entire Admission Process.
• Convert Leads To Admissions.
• To Follow Up The Clients For Enrolments.
• Follow-Up On The Leads Till Registration.
• Coordinating With The Operations Department From Time To Time For The Student\'s Case Proceedings.
• To Maintain Proper Records For All The Meetings With The Students.
• Making Recordings Of All The Sales Phone Calls And Sales Deals.
• Maintaining The Database Of The Customers On A Regular Basis.
• Regularly Meet The Assigned Individual And Team Targets.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: -

• Only Candidates From Punjab And Chandigarh Apply For This Job.
• Candidate Should Be From Immigration Line.
• Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Quick Learner With Good Inter-Personal Skills With An Ability To Work In A Team.
• Advise Students On The Overseas Education Options Available, So As To Enable The Candidates & Their Family Make An Educated Choice & The Right Decision.
• Call Potential Customers Through Daily Assigned Leads And Secure Appointments For The Week.
• Give Clear And Accurate Information Based On The Current Immigration & Visa Laws & Policies.
• Provide A Fair And Neutral Evaluation Of A Candidates Profile.
• Provide A Personal Global Career Strategy Customized To Their Needs.
• Achieve Excellent Customer Service By Proactively Responding To Client Queries And Advising Customers On Their Overseas Immigration And Visa Needs.
• Should Have Sales Experience In Visa And Immigration Industry.
• Experience: 1-2 Year Into Immigration (Mandatory).
