Location: Mumbai Role Summary
The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) will manage relationships with Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs) by providing business support, driving renewals, activating inactive IFDs, and generating leads for new empanelments across investment products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Bonds, Securities, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds. Key Responsibilities
Provide support and clarifications to IFDs for fresh and renewal business across all the products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with IFDs for renewal collections.
Build and manage strong IFD relationships by advising on new solutions, product updates, and opportunities.
Convert inactive IFDs into active IFDs through continuous engagement.
Generate leads for new IFD empanelment through referrals.
Handle IFD empanelment and re-registration processes.
Execute outbound calling for business coordination and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills:
Experience in IFD relationship management.
Experience in IFD empanelment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage follow-ups and multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of financial products.
Relationship management and customer servicing experience. Personal Attributes
