Global health One Pvt Ltd VIRTUAL FRONT DESK SERVICE PROVIDER FOR HOTELS Job Title : VIRTUAL FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based Hotels -->Job Duties and Responsibilities - Virtual check in/check out. - Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel. - Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner - Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls. - Deal with queries and provide correct information - Take reservations - Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations - Handle and resolve guest complaints - Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest\'s reservation, hotel amenities, driving directions, area information, billing questions, etc. -Take and deliver messages accurately and completely. -->Qualifications - High school diploma - knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures - knowledge of computers and relevant software applications - knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Be able to work overnight Skills - Strong Verbal and Written communication skills (English) - Attentive listener - Professional personal presentation - Customer service oriented - Organized - Stress tolerance - Show Initiative - Problem solver Available shifts: (7:00AM -3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM & 11:00PM - 7:00AM) (6 days working a week, rotational week off) "Candidate should be flexible to do any given shift" Location : Surat Salary : 16,000-25,000 Salary is no bar for right candidate Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 916,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
