VIRTUAL FRONT DESK SERVICE PROVIDER FOR HOTELSJob Title : VIRTUAL FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based HotelsWORK FROM OFFICE (SURAT)-- >Job Duties and Responsibilities- Virtual check in/check out.- Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner- Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.- Deal with queries and provide correct information- Take reservations- Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations- Handle and resolve guest complaints- Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest's reservation, hotel amenities, drivingdirections, area information, billing questions, etc.-Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.-- >Qualifications- High school diploma- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures- knowledge of computers and relevant software applications- knowledge of customer service principles and practices- Be able to work overnightSkills- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills (English)- Attentive listener- Professional personal presentation- Customer service oriented- Organized- Stress tolerance- Show Initiative- Problem solverAvailable shifts: 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (12 Hours)"Candidate should be flexible to do any given shift"Location : DINDOLI, SURATWORK FROM OFFICE (SURAT)Salary : 18000 - 35,000Salary is no bar for right candidateFreshers may also apply.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
