A leader who create leaders by coaching, empowering & motivating them to deliver superior business outcomes. \'Max Life Insurance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes inclusion and diversity.\' Position Virtual Cluster Manager Location Department Customer Advisory Team Function Virtual Sales Force Reporting to Virtual Business Head Band 4A Job Summary To manage, develop & supervise a team of insurance sales managers, driving business virtually through relationship management, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales targets KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment- Team Building Identify, select and recruit insurance sales manager Ensure successful onboarding and launch of the managers, with high focus on process- orientation and quality training Ensure building of sustainable relationships and trust with team and key customer accounts through open and interactive communication in digital/virtual mode Sales- Unit Revenue Generation Exceed revenue targets Drive team productivity as per the company norms Ensure 100% month-on-month activation of managers on both recruitment and sales Counsel and mentor team in order to ensure managers are capable and motivated to achieve operating plans/business targets Ensure that all executives under supervision perform 100% as per the company\'s rules and regulations wrt. need-based selling, compliance and customer service Ensure 0-free-look cancellations, renewal payment by rightful selling Ensure smooth business functioning Effectively manage, track and convert leads provided by the in-house operating teams Engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries, provide customer service Educate team/ prospects about MIL products vis--vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions Conduct Fortnightly performance review (PRP) with executives Supervise daily activity plan of all executives to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels Measures of Success Team revenue Productivity of Sales Managers Lead Conversion and Seller Activation Case Rate of Seller Persistency Key Relationships Head, Direct Sales Force Channel Head VP, Business Strategy HR Team Ops (Policy Issuance) Team Trainer and DCC (Training Team) Key Competency Skills Leadership Skills Analytical Ability Customer centricity Maturity to manage team Coaching and Mentoring skills Process and Result orientation Laisoning with HO Excellent Communication Skills Digital Focus Desired qualification and experience Graduate preferably with an MBA degree Total experience should be 8-10 Yrs with min. 3- 5 years\' experience in handling of Sales Reps/Agents/DSAs Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations Familiarity with skills in recruitment & development of teams, strong networking Must have a successful track record for driving business targets Ability to build business strategies around driving and achieving business targets
