What You'll Own:
Patient Acquisition: Drive patient growth through digital referrals, repeat consultations, and targeted virtual marketing and outreach strategies.
Revenue Optimization: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by meticulously optimizing all virtual care revenue metrics.
2 o Patient & Clinical Excellence: Ensure an outstanding virtual patient experience and contribute to superior clinical outcomes through effective digital engagement and care coordination.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the seamless day-to-day functioning of virtual care operations, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly and effectively.
Process Compliance: Uphold and enforce all virtual clinical and operational procedures to maintain quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a remote team of doctors, care coordinators, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance virtual work culture.
