As the

Virtual Care Manager

, you are the "Mini CEO" of your virtual care operations, responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and patient-centric digital healthcare experience. Your leadership will directly impact patient satisfaction, team performance, and revenue growth in a virtual environment.

What You'll Own:

Patient Acquisition: Drive patient growth through digital referrals, repeat consultations, and targeted virtual marketing and outreach strategies. Revenue Optimization: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by meticulously optimizing all virtual care revenue metrics.
2 o Patient & Clinical Excellence: Ensure an outstanding virtual patient experience and contribute to superior clinical outcomes through effective digital engagement and care coordination.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee the seamless day-to-day functioning of virtual care operations, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly and effectively. Process Compliance: Uphold and enforce all virtual clinical and operational procedures to maintain quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a remote team of doctors, care coordinators, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance virtual work culture.

What We're Looking For:

Masters in Business Administration, across any specialization, to leverage strong business fundamentals. A keen interest in healthcare/health-tech to understand our core services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions. The ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment. Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation abilities for operational excellence. A continuous learning mindset to stay current with best practices.
