Assist in managing housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests and staff.
Supervise housekeeping team members, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
Schedule and assign duties to staff; monitor performance and conduct regular inspections.
Train new and existing housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, health & safety protocols, and customer service.
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and employee work areas to ensure compliance with standards.
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and labor forecasting for the department.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Act as the Housekeeping Manager in their absence.
