A Vigilance Officer is responsible for implementing and enforcing vigilance policies and procedures within an organization Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement vigilance policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential fraud, corruption, or other unethical behavior Investigate allegations of fraud, corruption, or other unethical practices and make recommendations for corrective action Review contracts and other business agreements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders Prepare and submit reports on vigilance activities to senior management and other stakeholders Requirements: Experience in vigilance, compliance, or related field Knowledge of laws and regulations related to fraud, corruption, and other unethical practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of investigation techniques and methodologies Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
