Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Videographer to join our team and bring fresh visual ideas to life. In this role you will plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for [insert target platforms: commercials, social media, digital, broadcast], working closely with our creative team and clients from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative team, account managers or clients to understand project objectives, target audience, and visual style. Develop shot lists, storyboards and production plans for video projects. Plan and execute video shoots on-site or in-studio: set up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, props and talent as needed. Capture high-quality footage (interviews, b-roll, events, product demos, commercials) using professional cameras and gear. Edit video content using software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) to produce polished deliverables: colour-correction/grading, audio sync/mix, graphics, motion-titles, transitions, versioning. Optimise final video output for different platforms (social, web, broadcast) and ensure correct format, resolution, bitrate, codec and aspect ratio. Manage video assets: archive, organise project files, maintain metadata, version control. Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment; ensure gear is ready and in working order. Stay up-to-date with trends in video production, new hardware, software updates and best practices in lighting, camera work, audio-recording and storytelling. Meet project deadlines, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and adapt to changes and feedback quickly.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Videographer (or combined videographer/editor) with a strong portfolio/showreel of video work across different formats and platforms.
