Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, patient testimonials, doctor interviews, hospital events, and social media content. Capture surgical and clinical procedures (as permitted) to create educational and awareness videos. Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality during all shoots.

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Add graphics, animations, background music, subtitles, and effects to enhance video quality. Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website, etc.).

Creative Direction & Storytelling:

Collaborate with doctors, marketing teams, and management to conceptualize video ideas that align with brand goals. Maintain brand consistency and tone across all video outputs.

Content Management:

Organize and maintain a video library and digital assets. Ensure timely delivery of video projects according to the marketing calendar.
