About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic

Video Jockey (VJ)

who can

host, manage production, and lead a creative team

while staying ahead of digital trends. The ideal candidate is camera-confident, trend-savvy, and skilled in

content creation, video direction, and team coordination

.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and present engaging videos, interviews, and live sessions. Oversee

end-to-end video production

-- from scripting to editing. Manage and motivate the

production team

for timely content delivery. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce brand-aligned content. Stay updated on

digital trends, viral formats, and social media trends.

Ensure high-quality visuals and storytelling consistency across platforms.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent on-camera presence and communication. Hands-on with

video editing tools

(Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Strong leadership and

team management skills

. Deep understanding of

social media platforms

(YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn). Creative mindset with strong trend awareness. Bachelor's in Media, Communication, or related field preferred.
