Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms. Create reels, teasers, promotional videos, product highlights, and event coverage for Chai Nagri and its sub-brands (House of Kulcha, The Healthy Wave, Chaap n Grill, China Box, Chai Nagri Creations, etc.).

Brand Storytelling

Ensure video content reflects the brand's tone, aesthetics, and storytelling style. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.

Motion Graphics & Effects

Add text overlays, animations, transitions, and basic motion graphics to enhance video quality. Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers for a complete visual experience.

Social Media Optimization

Edit videos tailored for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Stay updated with social media trends to create viral-worthy and relatable content.

Event & Campaign Coverage

Capture and edit behind-the-scenes moments, outlet activities, promotions, and corporate events. Document store launches, festivals, and employee engagement events through videos.

Quality & Timeliness

Ensure all videos are high-quality, brand-consistent, and delivered within deadlines. Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy access and re-use.

Innovation & Trends

Experiment with creative video formats, storytelling techniques, and editing styles. Keep up with industry trends to ensure Chai Nagri's content stays fresh and appealing.
