Job Title Video Editor (Short-Form Content Specialist)
Location Ahmedabad
Experience - 1 - 2 years
Qualification - Any Graduate
Work timings - 1 PM - 8:30PM (6 days working)
Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in short-form content (Reels & Shorts).
Key Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels & Shorts) with engaging pacing, transitions, and effects.
xe2x97x8f Apply color grading, motion graphics, and dynamic text overlays to enhance storytelling.
xe2x97x8f Utilize font theory and color psychology to make videos more impactful.
xe2x97x8f Optimize edits for maximum engagement, retention, and virality on social media.
xe2x97x8f Work with creators and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
xe2x97x8f Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, and effects in the short-form content space.
xe2x97x8f Ensure a fast turnaround without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
xe2x97x8f 1 years of experience in video editing.
xe2x97x8f Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve & CapCut.
xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of color psychology, typography, and motion graphics.
xe2x97x8f Ability to edit a minimum of one high-quality reel per day.
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of social media trends, pacing, and audience retention strategies.
xe2x97x8f A creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
xe2x97x8f Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.
xe2x97x8f Good communication skills to understand the company's vision and ability to portrait it on screen
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
Experience in sound design and audio mixing.
Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and automation.
Basic knowledge of scripting and pre-production.
