- Edit and produce short-form videos (reels, stories, shorts) using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Design engaging graphics and overlays for videos using Canva.
- Upload and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Suggest creative content ideas based on pop culture, finance trends, and audience insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for each platform.
- Leverage pop culture, memes, and current trends to make financial topics relatable.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content strategies.Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio of social media video editing and motion graphics work.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
