CRE Digital is seeking a V.P. UAT Tester to join CRE Digital ( Commercial Banking, JPMorgan Chase). The resource will be paying a key role in delivering Product Quality for critical digital client facing projects aligned with the Product Roadmap. This resource will perform End to End User acceptance testing, coordination of release scope and readiness and support production issues. The position requires to work during US time to support US team.

Other Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end testing of feature functionality and user experience
• Have a detailed understanding of common defect management tools, detail orientated with flexibility to work across different stakeholders/partners, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Participate and contribute in Product Backlog refinement sessions
• Review UAT Strategy and scope with Product team
• Create test plans, create/execute test scripts, document defects, participate in defect triages
• Coordinate functional changes with automation team and maintain test data for automation scripts
• Drive process improvements in program execution through operational efficiencies
• Generate periodic reports/metrics as required
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and partner teams
• Ensure test Environment readiness for upcoming testing
• Review business requirements and create appropriate test strategy, plans and use cases aligned with the requirements
• Review the test strategy based on new information, risks, evolving priorities and schedules
• Track downtime, Risks , dependencies
• Plan and execute pre-release activities and Prod validations

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
• 10-14 years of work experience was a UAT Tester / lead with knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology
• Financial industry experience is a plus
• Strong JIRA experience to track issues, create and manage dashboards
• ADA testing experience is highly preferred
• Experience executing automation test cases and working within a test automation framework
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Have strong organization and time management capabilities, with an ability to manage multiple streams of work
