Location : The position is based at any of the 3 locations in India Corporate Centers. Reports to Executive Director and Head \' Talent & Career Development, India Corporate Centers. The Talent & Career Development ExperienceStrategic Intent is to curate impactful Talent and Career Development experiences, designed to harness and maximize the potential of our employees. The role of Vice President, Talent & Career Development Experience at India Corporate Centers, is responsible for developing and executing key strategic and tactical interventions to deliver on the Objectives and Key Results of the Talent & Career Development Experience function for all the 50,000+ employees at India Corporate Centers. The incumbent will work in partnership with internal clients and the Human Resource Business Advisory and Employee Experience functions viz., New Joiner, Culture & Conduct, Employee Digital and Service Experience teams apart from working in close alignment with the regional and global Talent & Career Development Experience teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with and support the 50,000 leaders and employees at India Corporate Centers, in strategic alignment with the Human Resource Advisory and Employee Experience functions at India Corporate Centers, regionally and globally. Identify and prioritize skill development needs, determine project parameters, and ensure quality solutions. Work closely with Business Leaders to establish Learning, Talent and Career Needs Analysis. This involves meeting with managers and conduct a structured process to understand needs Lead the employee orientation, individual effectiveness and management effectiveness portfolios at India Corporate Centers Partner with subject matter experts and vendors to translate business needs into Talent Development requirements, ensuring the right solution is matched to the needs. Lead and/or actively participate in global Learning & Development initiatives, which would include assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of the deployed solutions Collaborate with regional and global teams including peer learning partners in other regions and a shared services group made up of internal and external resources (electronic - learning, program management, training delivery and training administration) Provide end-to-end solutions oversight for key talent interventions including relationship management, prioritization and solution design & deployment Conduct learning evaluation to identify program impact, return of investment, and areas of improvement for owned curriculum Manage project timelines and scope and produce key deliverables of the project as they relate to the business goal and strategy Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and line of business/client direction to anticipate and accommodate shifts in business needs and priorities. Qualifications and Experience: 12-15 years of relevant Human Resource, Learning and Talent Development Program management / Project management experience Experience in designing Talent Development interventions, Program content / Learning curricula is a must. Learning Delivery (Facilitation) experience is preferred Evolved Communication Skills Project and Program Management skills Strong analytical and reporting skills Self-Starter organizational skills and follow-through Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-moving global environment Proven ability to execute in ambiguous situations
