Vice President /Senior Vice President - AML/KYC Global Screening - Pune/Mumbai (18+ Years)Exciting leadership position available in the AML/KYC domain. Seeking a seasoned professional with over 18+ years of experience in end-to-end AML/KYC processes, including global screening, and a proven track record of working across international regions with adept people management skills.Location- Pune / MumbaiYour Future Employer- An insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm, serves communities around the globe, helping clients address risk, protecting assets.Role and Responsibilities * Creating and executing comprehensive AML/KYC/Global Screening protocols, frameworks, and safeguards to uphold adherence to international regulatory standards.

• Leading the design and implementation of an end-to-end AML/KYC/Global Screening on boarding process, resulting in streamlined operations and enhanced customer experience.
• Automating tools to enhance AML/KYC/Global Screening processes, leading to boosted operational efficiency and a decrease in manual errors.
• Performing routine risk evaluations and audits to pinpoint potential gaps and improvement areas, instituting corrective measures to mitigate risks and fortify controls.
• Supporting other compliance and data privacy roles, ensuring alignment and coordination across functions
• Managing, mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements: * Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance preferred with 18-22 years of experience.

• Mandate international experience in compliance and Anti Money Laundering and Global Screening
• Directed and orchestrated operations from an offshore in-house shared service centre, guiding a team of 80 colleagues.
• subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and senior management on AML/KYC/Global Screening matters
• Certifications like CAMS & CKYC preferred
