Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Senior Service Line SME !

This position is primarily regarded as a Managerial position. This role will require making strategies and executive presentation to potential business heads and customers. The SME would be required to coordinate work with employees identified at the customer site and their peers from Global finances organization for transitioning new processes, supporting existing operations & building practice products.

Responsibilities

Business meetings with end customers to design transformation scope

Lead transformation for Customers

Present solutions to client executives

Lead solution Identification for new roadmap

Reviewing adapted solutions in Genpact for the client

Create and independently validate opportunity specific economic models and business cases; ensure financial targets are met

Participate in training events; Keep current on GAAP, SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations (HIPAA a plus)

Developing transformation road map for continuous process improvement

Provide subject matter expertise as part of the product development initiatives

Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity

Manage relationship with Customers

As a Solution Architect once project has been selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition

Develop Process offering in line with the industry changes - Optimum solution offering & IT offerings to support the solution design

Work closely with Global counterparts from all regions, to attain standardization in the product offering

Lead and control Operations Excellence in Ops through CMP rigor, Deep dive and Quality process leverage

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • MBA / Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce
  • Strong people skills & Strong analytical skills and Logical approach
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good Excel and PPT skills
  • Curios, Incisive, Courageous and possess utmost integrity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or MBA with experience in the F&A domain
