Principal Responsibilities Product Management - Secured Lending (Term Loan & Working Capital Overdraft facilities) to Non Individual Borrowers Product development & refinements to ensure that our Secured Lending (Term Loan & Working Capital OD facilities) offering is very competitive in the target segment Execution of business strategy in close collaboration with the stakeholders, and support in delivering strategic & annual plans for Secured Lending Manage key reporting & exercise oversight over the products from governance & suitability perspective Manage & execute changes in product documentation & website Business Growth Support the sales teams with product expertise and help them to acquire new business Drive product initiatives for new business growth in target segments & channels, in line with the business goals Create and build new opportunities of revenue growth In collaboration with stakeholders, drive various x - sell initiatives to improve the penetration of secured lending in key product/ proposition segments, and vice - versa Identify & design focused campaigns to target opportunities Collaborate with other verticals in Bank to promote business and increase referrals Actively engage with Analytics to support triggers program for secured lending in select high propensity segments Engage with Marketing to generate leads through select ATL / BTL initiatives and necessary actions for improving efficacy Explore external lead sources by engaging with the prospective business partners. Keep a close watch on market trends / best practices for new business opportunities Prepare, monitor & publish MI on key performance indicators Drive digital new business & on - boarding initiatives Driving digital focus through digital campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Participate from Product side on streamlining or transformation initiatives for enhancing on - boarding platform/ capabilities to drive growth in business volumes, improve customer experience and operating efficiencies through re-engineering initiatives Training & projects Training internal teams on business initiatives to improve effectiveness & results, as and when required Drive projects across customer segments by improving business development and referral procedures Special tasks / assignments Support and lead the special business tasks / assignments, as and when required Requirements This position requires an individual with: Education: University Degree at minimum. Preferably MBA/ CA / Post Graduation qualification Minimum Experience: minimum 6 years of experience with knowledge of Secured Lending products (Term Loans & Working Capital Overdraft facilities) and business lending to entity borrowers. Experience in Product Management or Business Development or Secured Lending Credit Underwriting or Risk would be preferred Good written and oral communication skills Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Sound ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet scheduled deadlines Observe high standards of professional conduct in the performance of duties Useful Link Link to Careers Site: Click You\'ll achieve more when you joinHSBC.
