We are hiring a VP - Sales (Diagnostics) to lead and scale the sales function for a fast-growing healthcare and diagnostics platform. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading regional/national sales strategy across diagnostic services.This position requires strong leadership capability, deep understanding of the diagnostics ecosystem, and hands-on experience in managing sales teams and key accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets- Drive customer acquisition and expansion across diagnostics services including pathology, radiology, and preventive health packages- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team- Develop and improve sales and marketing strategies based on market research and trends- Manage key accounts, channel partners, and institutional relationships- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to leadership- Oversee sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and ensure achievement through effective execution- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and market penetrationCandidate Requirements:- 7-10 years of experience in diagnostics / healthcare sales- Strong exposure to sales leadership, channel management, and team handling- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience working in fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations preferredSkills & Competencies- Sales Strategy & Execution- Team Leadership & Performance Management- Key Account Management- Market & Competitor Analysis- Strong communication (written & verbal)- Strategic thinking with execution focus (ref:updazz.com)
