Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - S2P Solutions This role requires a combination of an excellent Solutioning approach, good commercial sense in structuring deals, excellent customer facing skills, and a transformational mindset. The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for driving a solution from the discovery stage through its signed contract. This role is critical to the growth of the business and will have direct interaction with our client CXO relationships and sales and business development teams. Are you the one we're looking for Responsibilities Deep understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement domain. Ability to lead a solution from the early design phase through the various stages resulting in a signed contract. Has experience sizing and solutioning large scale procurement transformation programs Broad understanding of S2P technologies and platforms and ability to embed into solutions to drive transformative results Consulting or BPO experience working in a service provider capacity for a client Ability to understand how to design and architect a new client deal and build a winning value proposition Ability to effectively communicate with CXO level client executives Proven track record of driving transformation across a variety of roles Ability to work across a matrixed environment across a broad range of stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and compressed time lines Ability to create innovative, creative and value-led solutions Ability to collaborate with sales and consulting teams Should have good understanding and been involved in Pre-sales activity Willingness to work across multiple time zones and drive results with a focus on booking revenue Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Experience in Source to Pay domain Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Degree Preferred qualifications Comfortable leading and facilitating discussions with internal stakeholders, external sales partners, and client CXO level executives Ability to strategically breakdown and solve complex client challenges Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
