Opportunity to work with a global Investment bank Opportunity to work in a M&A focused front end role Participate in the execution of M&A transactions Ability to operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processes Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction, and comparable companies\' analyses Oversee preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses Build financial / three-statement operating models Conduct industry and product research The Successful Applicant An MBA or a CA candidate with 6+ years of front end investment banking experience Candidates with experience in Industrials/Infra sector will be preferred Tier 1 educational pedigree What\'s on Offer Opportunity to work with a global Investment bank Opportunity to work in a M&A focused front end role
