About the Role: As the VP of Channel Partnerships, you will be responsible for supporting CleverTap\'s growing partner ecosystem across the globe. From recruiting new partners and supporting key business development initiatives to execution you will be playing a key leadership role in the growth and success of CleverTap. You will lead and grow the global partner team and the local regional sales teams. Purpose: Responsible for end to end ownership of defining and implementing CleverTap\'s Partner ecosystem strategy and sales motion to scale up the revenue growth and achieve the ARR goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute on a comprehensive and proactive partnership strategy with integration and solution partners Recruit and build a strong portfolio of Martech ecosystem Integration & Solution Partners (Ex: Attribution, CDP, Analytics, GPS, System Integrators, and App Growth Agencies) Develop, nurture and own relationships to generate new business opportunities, working with all the stakeholders within established partnerships across India, META, LATAM, EU and US Region Elevate CleverTap\'s influence & positioning by facilitating joint product development, co-marketing, and other go-to-market partner opportunities Embed partnership priorities across the business, and work cross-functionally to evaluate integration opportunities to enhance the customer value of CleverTap Maintain a deep understanding of CleverTap\'s solution and be able to articulate its value to partners and their customers Work closely with our regional Sales Leadership to align partner activities with broader regional GTM programs Work with the marketing team to orchestrate the GTM strategy for the region Forecast, measure, and report results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships Sustain & scale up ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership Lead the strategy development and execution of territory plans within the region Qualification and Experience: 10+ years of technology industry experience in strategy, partnerships, and/or sales positions, specifically some experience with software/SaaS environment Technologically fluent; can quickly come to speed on technology interfaces and integrations, will need to be conversant with the marketing tech stack Demonstrated success in building ROI-positive channel, product, and/or distribution partnerships Strong communication (written & verbal) & collaboration skills internal & external to CleverTap Willingness to travel Measures of Success: Partner sourced and Partner influenced SALs (Sales Accepted Leads) Onboard relevant targeted Partners Increase in conversion % across the generated lead funnel Reporting Relationship: You will report to - Chief Executive Officer Who will report to you - a team of Channel Sales managers and a Partner Marketer Why join us Be a part of a global growth stage startup Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high growth mobile technology space Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities What is working at CleverTap like Be a part of a global category creator hyper growth B2B SaaS startup- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters Work, performance and results are real sources of happiness in addition to the fun of working with and celebrating success with an exceptionally talented team Accountability and driving outcomes is the key to success Your career here is limited by you and nothing else Teamwork trumps individual success You are passionate about experience technology and its impact on enabling growth Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities and having fun along the way!
