VP - Finance Operations

Experience: 6 - 12yrs

Location - Pune

Educational Qualifications - MBA (Finance) OR CA

:

- Prepare timely and accurate revenue analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances with actuals.

- Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs

- Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to identify and address issues affecting overall performance proactively

- Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets

- Sales and revenue operations - Dashboard, tracking, measurement, and incentives

- Adept in fiscal management principles and processes, including resource management and needs assessment

- Planning and Cost management

- Partner with Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Executive Officer to establish and track revenue goal

Roles and responsibilities:

- MBA (Finance) or a CA with 6-12 years of experience in finance.

- Involved In driving organizational initiatives

- Work closely with the delivery heads and other support teams for effective timesheet management.

- Work closely with the RMG team for the allocation and maintenance of records for audit purposes

- Drive revenue discussion with the CXos of the firm for revenue accrual

- Work closely with the sales teams to understand the pipeline to track revenue forecast and assist sales teams in SOW and contract submissions
