Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Engineering located in Pune.
- The Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for managing and leading a team of software and product engineers, overseeing all aspects of software development, project management, and product development.
- They will also work closely with other department heads to establish and execute engineering strategies and objectives
- Qualifications. Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills.. Architecture level handing for gateway , storage related stuff , virtualization , future all Linux platform. Experience in Software Development and Project Management.
- Deliver quality products in time.
- Participate in business planning related to products. Product Development skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze technical information and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry
- Increase team happiness index by 2X.. Manage P&L of engineering team.
