Digital Product Management VP, Commercial Bank Platform

Commercial Banking is a core business unit focused on Commercial Lending within the JP Morgan Chase group. This group is seeking a talented individual for the position of VP for our Commercial Bank Platform team.

We are seeking a highly effective and efficient Digital Product Management VP to support the Digital Product Manager lead in multiple areas. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for executing on product development, requirements and alignment with the overall roadmap for Platform within the Commercial Banking.

Job Responsibilities:

The Digital Product Management VP - Technical will support the above including key responsibilities:

• You are responsible to oversee every element of the product, from its conceptualization to its launch and post-launch performance. You are also responsible for building great products that delight the customer while driving revenue and profits for the business.
• You are hands on product manager with deep Engg/Development background and ability to drive architectural, technical partnership discussions with various internal and external teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• You will find solutions leveraging latest technologies and capabilities both within the bank and outside in areas of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain etc. to create new solutions or transform existing products at JPMC.
• You are experienced with and practice design thinking methodology, user-centric product development disciplines to focus on key business personas, identify new stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Specific responsibilities include business requirement gathering, integration strategies and architecture, POCs, creation of an integrated roadmap across products, bridging design and development teams, development of KPIs and execution against, delivery, internal and external feedback and integration for agile initial build and for future dot releases, and adoption.
• You will be responsible for collaborating across various organizations, managing multiple stakeholders and leading by influence vs title or hierarchy.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 12+ years of combined professional experience in product, design, development, delivery.
• Passion for innovation, working across boundaries to drive change and helping others succeed.
• Experience in one or more of the following roles: technical lead developer, architect, integration specialist experience building platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of success in leading large and complex cross functional, cross organizational business initiatives amidst ambiguity and change.
• Proven end-to-end problem-solving skills with the ability to solve large, complex business problems, obtain consensus and drive organizational transformation.
• Effective use of business knowledge and technical expertise to challenge assumptions and operating models coming from experience in strategy, product management and go to market at large organizations
• Successful track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership within large enterprises and startups to resolve diverse business challenges.
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, especially senior executives, work through influence across functional boundaries to achieve goals without direct control over resources. Deliver results while coaching and mentoring other team members

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Experience in large software firms or Financial institutions building products and leading cross functional global launch initiatives is preferable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong relationship building across the organization
• Degree in Management, Engineering or Computer Science preferred
