  • Provide operational risk guidance and analysis for new business/products/initiatives
  • Identify, assess, advise, and drive strategic solutions to increase efficiency and create a more resilient operating environment
  • Ensure effectiveness of key controls and lead communications with regulatory and audit bodies, both internally and externally
  • Oversee governance of business operational risks, escalating issues appropriately to line of business and Firmwide operating committees
  • Collaborate with senior business clients and partners across functional areas (e.g., Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk) and geographies

You Bring:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Seven 8 years of relevant experience; financial services industry or background in Process Improvement or Risk Management preferred
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details
  • A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills

Areas of Support:

As part of the AWM Control Management organization, you have an opportunity to explore roles in the following areas:
  • Issue Management team is responsible for end to end management of issues and action plans which have been identified and requires remediation. This will include but will not be limited to development of issues, driving issue review meeting preparations, tracking individual action plan and their respective milestone completion statuses and also publishing all reporting and analysis required for senior management and functional forums.


  • AWM Governance and Reporting team is responsible to oversees AWM wide control programs that impact the various businesses under the AWM umbrella. These would include preparation of control metrics and reporting for senior business control committee meetings, providing critical analysis reporting, executing regulatory mandates or establishing new control frameworks, the governance team plays an integral role in managing risk by facilitating solutions to complex problems that is not confined to one sub-line of business. Drive automation to deliver solutions across governance and reporting landscape.


  • Errors & Change Management will support the AWM Risk and Control mission of maintaining a strong and consistent control environment of managing and reporting of errors, new business and other change management events. The responsibility will include but not be limited to reporting, governance, guidance and escalation. This will also involve working with the firmwide team to implement any changes associated with the process of logging, escalating and reporting of errors.


Program Support takes responsibility and accountability for delivering all elements of a series of CORE management , regulatory and access management programs. This will include providing guidance and implementing of firmwide changes to the central risk and control inventory of the organization, drive KRIs/KPIs implementation and measurements, uplift efforts as part of new offerings that are expected to be implemented in the CORE program. Monitoring access profiles and the required entitlements.
