Job Description

:

You will...

  • Have minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experiences in cloud operations
  • Maintain and improve cloud platform infrastructure
  • Perform system administration activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident
  • Create and maintain documentation and processes to troubleshoot, maintain, and configure systems
  • Work in conjunction with the development and operations team to understand requirements for functionality, performance, and security of applications
  • Implement tools and processes for monitoring servers and services
  • Ensure proper backup and restore when a failure occurs
  • Suggest ways to improve and reduce operational costs with adaptive performance tuning
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies and collaborate across the company
You have experience in...
  • Understanding cloud-native architectures like 12-factor apps
  • Working experiences with K8 and/or CloudFoundry(CF). If CF knowledge is lacking, read it up and able to elaborate pros and cons
  • Using AWS services with a deeper understanding of IaaS provider's stack including governance and security aspects of securing them
  • Linux and development skills on automation (e.g., shell/make/python script)
  • Dev/OPs as code; knowledge on terraform or Ansible a plus
  • Leveraging docker/dockerfiles for automation
  • Using CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jenkinsfile
