- he should have sound knowledge on Production Planning, toolings , Drawing reading.
- he should be have sound knowledge on CNC machining, Jigs and Fixtures ,Vendor Development for machining.
- he should have sound knowledge of materials, Forgings/casting, QA procedures . Knowledge of API will be added Advantage.
- He should be good team player with QA , Purchase departments , Machine shop
- He should be good at labour managed & head the manufacture team.
- Knowledge of 5S,TPM will be added Advantage.
